We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

What we sell

Used vehicle parts removed from cars we dismantle, and occasionally new parts where stated. Used parts are sold as used: condition is judged against their age and the description given, not against new.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The total shown at checkout, including postage, is what you pay. Card payment is handled by SumUp; we never see or store your card details.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment. If a part sells between you seeing it and paying, we refund you in full.

Cancelling

Consumers have a 14 day right to cancel. See returns and cancellations, which forms part of these terms.

Fitting and suitability

It is your responsibility to check that a part suits your vehicle before fitting it. We will gladly check a part number against your registration if you ask before buying.

We are not liable for fitting or removal costs, labour, hire charges, loss of use, or any other consequential loss arising from a part being unsuitable, delayed or faulty. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the part. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
