Delivery and collection

How your part reaches you, and what it costs.

Postage

We post nationwide within the UK. Postage is charged per part and shown on your order before you pay, so there is nothing added afterwards.

Some parts are marked free postage, and some are priced individually because of their size. Whatever the case, the figure on your order is the figure you pay.

How long it takes

We aim to despatch within 1 to 2 working days of your payment clearing. Delivery is then typically 2 to 3 working days depending on the carrier and where you are.

Large or awkward items such as panels, doors and bonnets may take longer, and we will contact you to arrange them.

Collection

You can choose collection in person at checkout. No postage is charged. We will contact you to arrange a time and give you the address.

If something goes wrong

If your part has not arrived when you expected it, contact us with your order reference and we will chase the carrier. If it arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the part before doing anything else, and tell us within a few days.
